While no one can foretell the future, approximately 70% of people turning 65 will need some type of long-term care in their remaining years, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. At Grace Ridge, we provide a full continuum of care, including assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. If you ever need more assistance than independent living offers, you can move to the appropriate level of living without having to move from the community you call home. In addition to having access to quality care, our Life Care contract option keeps your monthly costs at about the same as you pay for your independent living residence — no matter which level of care you move to or how long care is needed. It all adds up to greater peace of mind for you and your family.
If you or someone you love needs help with daily living tasks, our Health Care Center provides personalized service tailored to your needs. In addition to assistance with bathing, dressing, medication management, and other activities of daily living, assisted living residents enjoy private suites, restaurant-style dining options, 24-hour staffing, and opportunities to continue living life to the fullest.
Our Memory Care neighborhood is designed to support the well-being of residents with dementia. Staff are trained in dementia care and get to know your loved one's likes and needs to provide more personalized care. All suites are private and can be customized to feel more like home. Our Memory Café, lounge and outdoor courtyard offer opportunities for residents, caregivers, and family members to socialize in a safe, secure setting. Therapies such as IN2L (It's Never Too Late) and a variety of activities help residents find meaning, purpose, and joy.
When you need to recover from illness or injury or require ongoing, long-term care, the skilled nursing team in our Health Care Center can provide the care and support you need. To help you feel your very best, residents enjoy private rooms, chef-prepared meals, and a variety of engaging activities and programs.
Our interdisciplinary care team, including a physician, nurses, CNAs, therapists, and social workers, work together to provide the highest standard of care. We work closely with you, your family, and your doctor to create individual care plans that promote independence and lead to better outcomes. Our goal is to help you recover quickly, stay out of the hospital, and enjoy a high quality of life.
