When you want plenty of space, inside and out, consider our charming cottages. Our well-planned, contemporary layouts provide 1,650 to 2,200 square feet of space on one main level. Each floor plan features a large back deck or patio for outdoor living and an attached carport or garage.

Certainly! We expect residents to furnish and decorate their apartments and cottages to reflect their own personal tastes. Grace Ridge also offers comprehensive finish options so you can customize your residence, and we’re delighted to work with you as you plan your décor. Structural changes or additions beyond standard features are also possible; however, these must be approved by Grace Ridge management and are the financial responsibility of the resident.
Can I bring my pet(s) to Grace Ridge?
Your four-legged family members are also welcome at Grace Ridge. However, there are pet-free areas so residents who have allergies or aren’t animal enthusiasts can have their personal space.
Where can my family and friends stay when they visit?
Yes, on-site guest accommodations are available for our residents’ guests. It’s easy and convenient for friends and family to stay close by when they visit Grace Ridge.
What if I need assistance but don’t want to leave my apartment or cottage?
In addition to assisted living, Grace Ridge offers enhanced care, which provides in-home assistance within apartments and cottages. In-home services may include delivered meals, bathing and dressing assistance, medication and medical treatment, and routine monitoring of temperature, blood pressure, pulse and blood sugar levels. Typically provided by a certified caregiver, these services incur an additional charge depending on the amount of assistance needed.
