What Is A Retirement Community?

You may be asking the question, what is a retirement community? For many seniors looking for retirement options, this is an important question as they plan for the future.

A retirement community is about senior living at its best. Grace Ridge Retirement Community covers the continuum from independent senior living in a cottage or apartment to assisted living and health care. Grace Ridge also provides a variety of amenities to make your retirement living fun and enjoyable. You can learn more here.

Remember, not all retirement communities are the same and even fewer offer the services of Grace Ridge. We are a Continuing Care Community (CCRC) and are accredited by CARF-CCAC, the only accrediting body for retirement communities.

Being a CCRC means Grace Ridge can offer you security and peace of mind. You will be taken care of through good health and bad. Only 16 retirement communities in North Carolina are accredited by CARF-CCAC, and Grace Ridge is one of two hospital-affiliated continuing care retirement communities in North Carolina that are accredited.
