Grace Ridge Retirement Community is nestled in the foothills of Western North Carolina in Morganton. Our quaint hometown is full of personality and life. We have a thriving and newly revitalized downtown with all the charm you would expect in a southern town. We are also conveniently located between Asheville and Charlotte. That means you can drive to the beach or the mountains in only a few hours.

The campus graces a 52- acre site that offers panoramic views of pastoral countryside and scenic mountains. Grandfather Mountain, Table Rock, Hawk’s Bill and Mount Mitchell provide a majestic backdrop for an invigorating retirement lifestyle. Countless mountain resorts and retreats, and numerous other lakes and streams make the region a nature lover’s dream.
The Blue Ridge Parkway, which attracts those from far and wide, is a mere 30 miles from Morganton, giving you entree to mountain culture, scenery and history.
Driving Directions To Grace Ridge
- Take Intrastate 40 to Morganton, North Carolina.
- Take Exit 100 (Jamestown Road).
- Turn onto Jamestown Road, toward Morganton for 2 miles.
- Turn right onto Carbon City Road for 1 mile
- Turn left onto US-64 Bypass West for 2.7 mile
- Turn left onto Lenoir Road. Grace Ridge will be on your right.
